Our Mission
Perkins Township Zoning Department provides the highest quality of service while facilitating the orderly development and strategic efficient use of land, assuming the integrity of code compliance.
The Department has the responsibility for providing support for the Zoning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals. We work directly with the Erie Regional Planning Commission to provide compliance to the overall strategic plan for Perkins Township and Erie County.
