May 22nd, 2020 was Chief Parthemore’s last day with the Perkins Police Department. He has spent the last 28 years with PPD. He started as an auxiliary officer and has worked his way to the Chief’s position. Chief Parthemore has worn many hats over the years in the department; he was head of firearms, worked as our IT department, and has trained almost every officer hired. Chief Parthemore has dedicated the last 28 years to the citizens of Perkins Township and his leadership, knowledge, and professionalism will be missed by all. We wish him well in his retirement and Perkins Township Police Department will always be his home. Chief Parthemore is the FIRST Chief to ever retire from the office of Chief in department history!
