NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES
The Perkins Township Board of Trustees is requesting statements of qualifications pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 153.65, et seq., from individuals and firms to provide the following consultant services for its Fire Station Project: geotechnical exploration, including soil borings; site and land surveying; utility location; thermal scanning; traffic study; building commissioning; envelope services; construction materials testing and special inspections; hazardous materials design and inspection / Phase 1 ESA; structural demolition and site-clean-up; FFE Specification / selection and procurement; and landscape architecture. Qualifications will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. local time, July 17, 2024.
