Adoption of the 2021 edition of the International Property Maintenance Code
On January 24, 2023, the Perkins Township Board of Trustees adopted the most current, 2021 edition of the International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) in accordance with ORC § 505.73 to protect the health, safety, and welfare of Township residents with amendments that can be found HERE.
