Perkins Township offers the opportunity for individuals to request a permit from the Township through our Citizen Engagement Link – Click Here

Please fill in as much information as possible on the permit request form. You will be contacted by a member of the Community Development Department to discuss permit fees and payments options.

Permit Tracking (with an account)
Through our Citizen Engagement Link you can create an account to search, manage, and track the progress of your permits.

Permits take 7-10 days to process. Once the permit has been approved, the permit will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the permit form.
