The following design standards are applicable to the development within the “C-1”/Local Commercial District, “C-2”/General Commercial District, “REC” Recreational District, “P-B-O”/Professional and Business Office District, “I-1”/Light Industrial District, and “I-2”/ Heavy Industrial District.
